My name is Serena and I am the owner of Lil' Rascals. I opened my Birmingham location in May 2013 when I moved back To Michigan, where I was born and raised.  I moved home from Mobile, AL where I lived after getting married in 2004 and this is where I conceived my 3 Lil' Rascals, Aadem-Aamina-Aamir.

It was always my dream to own a children's clothing boutique because I have always been passionate about fashion and children! When the opportunity was opened for me, I was ecstatic and moved forward! Having my degree in marketing and accounting and the eye for fashion was all I believed I needed to be a success.  Lil' Rascals as my store name was a no brainer, bc its what I called my own lil' babies.  It was a family favorite movie of ours and still is.  The portraits throughout the store are reenactments of the movie scenes by my own children.

I strive to satisfy each and everyone one of our clients, whom many have become like friends and family.  We are devoted to offering top notch products, customer service and a beautiful shopping environment.  My goal is a one stop shop for your children and those of others, whom you love.  We specialize in custom personalized gifts, unique apparel, beautiful gift wrapping & fast shipping, making your experience easy and enjoyable.
